NOTE: The “Assessment Area Number” field in the “Flat Files” data prior to 2020 is incorrect due to incorrect submissions by approximately 20% of responding banks. Data was corrected for 2020 and onward to address the error, but due to technical constraints related to the collection of historical data, the error has not been corrected retroactively for data prior to 2020. The error did not impact firms’ CRA examinations or scores.
