How to File

All institutions subject to data reporting requirements must report the data for a calendar year (CY) by March 1 of the subsequent year. If March 1 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a submission will be considered timely if it is submitted on or before the next business day. For example, data for CY 2025 should be reported on or before Monday, March 2, 2026 since March 1 falls on a Sunday.

The Federal Reserve Board is handling the processing of the reports for all the primary regulators. Data may be submitted on diskette, CD-ROM, or through email.

The table below provides information about the Respondent ID (RID) and Agency Code numbers that should be used by depository institutions reporting CRA data.
